After receiving the parcel, the exchange period is 3 days for products.
Eligibility:
Items eligible for exchange must be purchased directly from behnaz.pk official website.
The exchange policy is applicable within 3 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all exchanges.

Customized or personalized jewellery items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, customers should contact behnaz.pk customer support via phone or through our website.

Exchange Options:
Customers can choose one of the following options:
a) Exchange for a product of equal or lesser value
→ Price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
b) Exchange for a product of higher value
→ Customer will pay the price difference.
c) Exchange for a gift card
→ Gift card can be used for future purchases on behnaz.pk.
Shipping Costs:

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake, return shipping will be covered by behnaz.pk.

For exchanges due to personal preference or size issues, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Exceptions:
Earrings and other personal hygiene-related items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Final Decision:
behnaz.pk reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchanges based on product condition and policy compliance.
